On behalf of it's 30th anniversary U2 is bringing their album classic The Joshua Tree on a big stadium Tour 2017.

The album, which was released on March 9th 1987, was not only highly praised from critics and fans, but also marked their first Number 1 album in the US. Featuring hit singles such as „With Or Without You“, „I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For“ or „Where The Streets Have No Name“ it was leading the international charts, like in the UK and Ireland, sold more than 25 million copies worldwide and turned Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. into superstarsö

The band will be playing the album at every concert in full length and will be coming to an exclusive Germany show to the Olympiastadium in Berlin on July 12th, where Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will be supporting them as very special guests.

Guitarist The Edge gave an interview to the Rolling Stone, where he talks about the upcoming tour, lets us in on what fans are to expect from it and explains why the album theme is just as relevant nowadays as it was 30 years ago.
