●【Meet & Greet+Soundcheck(change to sign event) IMPORTANT NOTICE】
- When Check in, staff will check the ticket. Please provide your ticket for confirming. Will distribute WRISTBAND and chop the "EXCHANGED" stamp on your concert ticket.
- Wristband and ticket are BOTH REQUIRED when entering, DAMAGED or LOST any of it will be disqualified.
- If you didn’t check in within the announced time on entry notice, your benefit will be given up.
- Timeline is subject to change.

● Wearing mask according to your needs.
● For safety measures, pregnant women and children under 110cm or under 7 years old are prohibited to enter.

  ● Safety Check
- Bags or luggages bigger than regulated size(37x25x11.5 cm) are not allowed for entry.
- Safety check is required when entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.
- There are coin lockers at the venue.
- Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

  ● LIVE NATION TAIWAN Info Counter
- Open Hours : 4:00 PM to show starts
- There will be a gift box collecting gifts at the counter. Only Cards and letters are accepted.

  ● Ticket Counter
- Open Hours : 4:00 PM to show starts
- Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets. 
- Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

  ● Merchandise

- General：5:00 PM
- We accept Cash, LINE PAY 
- Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠⁠

3. Clappers, whistles, and cheer megaphones
4. Posters and LED banners over A3, balloons, and chairs of any kind
5. Flags, poles, and tripods
6. Animals and plants of any kind
7. Glass and umbrellas
8. Lighters and sprays
9. Sharp objects

● No any kinds of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
