● VIP Upgrade
- VIP timeline is subject to change.
- VIP Check in : 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM
- Please show the ticket upon check in. Once verified, staff will give a wristband, commemorative laminate, and queuing card(randomly delivered) to the ticket holder. Damage of the wristband may cause the denial for entry.
- If you didn’t check in within the announced time on entry notice, your VIP benefit will be given up and the ticket cannot be refunded.
- Early access to purchase merchandise : 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM
- VIP Queue Time : 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM
- Queue by the randomly delivered number card upon check in
- Photo with Johnny Orlando : 4:45 PM
- VIP guests will stay in the concert hall after the photo.
- Only the VIP concert ticket owners are qualified for VIP benefits. Wristband and the concert ticket are required to enter soundcheck and show.
- Please do not damage the wristband after the photo op. Wristband and the ticket are required for re-entry to the venue.
- If you didn’t check in within the announced time on entry notice, your VIP benefit will be given up and the concert ticket cannot be refunded.
● Safety Check
- Safety check is required when entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.

- Open Hours : 4:00 PM to show starts
- There will be a gift box collecting gifts at the counter. Only Cards and letters are accepted.
● Ticket Counter
- Open Hours : 6:00 PM to show starts
- Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets.
- Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.
● Merchandise

- VIP Early access to purchase merchandise : 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM
- Open Hours for general audience : 4:30 PM to show ends
(Only LINE PAY and cash payment are available. If you wish to pay in cash, please prepare the correct amount of cash.)
- Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.

● No food and beverage(except water)
● Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.
● No any kinds of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
