● VIP ticket holders are required to present their valid tickets at the check in counter for verification purposes.
● Please note that Official tour laminate and lanyard not picked up within the stipulated check in time will not be issued.

● Please note that after the announced event time, those not in the venue will not be entertained.

● Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets
● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

● Purchase Rules
1. Only LINE PAY and cash payment available. Please use LINE PAY as much as possible during the pandemic. If you wish to pay in cash, please prepare the correct amount of cash.
2. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.

● No food and beverage(except water)
● No professional cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
