  ● Notice:
- VIP & GA guests：wristbands and the concert tickets are required for re-entry to the venue.
- Queue Area details please refer to the site map.
- Two ticket price areas will not have any physical barriers.
- Please enter in the order of your queueing number for this show.
- Guests with smaller serial numbers can queue backward with guests with larger serial numbers. But guests with larger serial numbers are not allowed to queue forward with guests with smaller serial numbers.
- Once the queue begins to enter the concert hall, latecomers should queue from the end of the queuing line.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women, children under 7 years old and under 110cm are not allowed to enter standing areas.
- There will be a security check process, to expedite your entry process, and secure your own spot, travel light, and read the entry notice, regulations & prohibited items carefully!!

  ● Safety Check
- Bags bigger than regulated size(37x25x11.5 cm) are not allowed for entry.
- No any kinds of foods or drinks allowed, water only (the caps of the bottle must be removed).
- Safety check is required upon entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.
- Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

- Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets. 
- Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

1. Cash payment only. Please prepare spare change for convenience.
2. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠

1. Backpacks and any Bags bigger than 37x25x11.5 cm.
2. ANY TYPES of CAMERA and professional video and audio recording equipment.
3. No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)
4. No Hard Plastic, Glass and Metal container of any kind.
