● SOUNDCHECK EVENT Notices
1. Only the concert ticket owners are qualified for SOUNDCHECK EVENT. SOUNDCHECK EVENT wristband and concert ticket are required to access to the event.
2. Please do not damage the wristband after SOUNDCHECK EVENT. Wristband and the concert ticket are required for re-entry to the venue.
3. If you didn’t check in within the announced time on entry notice, your SOUNDCHECK EVENT benefit will be given up and the concert ticket cannot be refunded.

● Safety checks(including bag check and metal wanding) are required for entry
● Except for official merchandise, suitcase of any kind or bags larger than size of 37x25x11.5cm are not allowed for entry.
● There are no lockers at the venue. Please store the suitcases and bags in advance. The nearest lockers are at the Zuoying HSR Station.
● Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.
● Safety check is required for re-entry.

● Lost Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact Tixcraft at your earliest convenience. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 5:30 PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is a controversy.
● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

1. Official Merch Booth will be divided into General Sale Booth and Express Checkout Booth
● General Sale Booth will sell all official merch
● Express Checkout Booth will only sell Official Lightstick VER. 2 & AAA batteries(Might add more merch for sale based on onsite situation)
2. Payment Method：Only Credit Card and cash payment available
3. Purchase Limit：Limited to one item per each merch per person
4. The Lightstick does not contain batteries. AAA batteries that are required will be sold separately onsite.
5. Both 3/18 and 3/19 have limited quantity of merch in stock. The sale will end when the inventory of the day is sold out. Please queue up early to buy
6. Depending on the onsite situation, the operation time and the purchase limit are subjected to change without prior notice, please understand
7. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. No bags will be provided
9. The sale will end when all stocks are sold out on the day
10. Please note that Official Merchandise are only sold at Official Merch Booths. Please be aware of the risks of buying unofficial goods.

1. No suitcase of any kind. Bags larger than size of 37x25x11.5cm are not allowed for entry.
2. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
3. No lighters / cigarette / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
4. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
5. No chairs of any kind.
6. No posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners / whistles or any cheer supplies. Only official approved banners are allowed.
7. No professional video and audio recording equipment / professional photo cameras / telephoto lens / drones / tablets / GoPro.
8. No pets and plants. No fruits and vegetables
9. No projectiles / missiles of any type
10. No flash photography / videography.
11. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts
12. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition)
13. No any kind of live streaming. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
● No Food or beverage is allowed in the venue.
● Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
● Please follow the concert regulations, for those who violate the rules, we might restrict you from attending the concert and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.
● Folding umbrella is granted. However please do not use in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
● For your safety, please avoid wearing stilettos or high heels.
● Banners, posters, or stands of any kind except for approved fan support events are not allowed to be installed inside or outside the venue.
● Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
● Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
● The arriving performers and the staff will be taking self-initiated preventions and following local directions accordingly.
