[VIP UPGRADE IMPORTANT NOTICE]

    ● VIP tour laminate and lanyard are for VIP souvenirs ONLY, NOT for entry qualification. Please keep it carefully or it will not be re-issued in case of damage or lost.

    ● When Check in, staff will distribute wristband and VIP tour laminate and lanyard, retrieve the VIP tickets and chop the "EXCHANGED"stamp on your concert tickets.

    ● The Photos of the photo session will be taken by the official photographer only, please provide your email address upon check-in, and then we will send the link to the designated email address.

    ● Wristband is REQUIRED when entering the designated VIP session. DAMAGED or LOST  any of it will be disqualified.

    ● If you didn’t check in within the announced time on entry notice, your VIP benefit will be given up and the ticket cannot be refunded.

    ● Queue area : Zepp New Taipei front hall

    ● Guests with smaller serial numbers can queue backward with guests with larger serial numbers. But guests with larger serial numbers are not allowed to queue forward with guests with smaller serial numbers.

    ● Once the queue begins to enter the concert hall, late comers should queue from the end of the queuing line.

    ● For safety measures, pregnant women and children under 110cm or under 7 years old are prohibited to enter GA area.

    ● Bags bigger than regulated size(37x25x11.5 cm) are not allowed for entry.

    ● Safety check is required upon entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.

    ● There are limited coin lockers at the venue.

    ● Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets. For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact TixCraft at your earliest convenience. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 19:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is a controversy.

    ● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

       1. Only LINE PAY and cash payment available. Please use LINE PAY as much as possible during the pandemic. If you wish to pay in cash, please prepare the correct amount of cash.⁠

       2. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠⁠

       3. No plastic bag will be provided

       4. Clappers, whistles, and cheer megaphones

       5. Posters and LED banners over A3, balloons, and chairs of any kind

       6. Flags, poles, and tripods

       7. Animals and plants of any kind

       8. Glass and umbrellas

       9. Lighters and sprays

       10. Sharp objects

    ● No food and beverage(except water)

    ● Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation. 

    ● No any kinds of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
