GA Section (GA/Standing Area):

    ● Queue Area details please refer to the site map.

    ● GA Section A and B will be divided into 2 sections based on the order of serial numbers. The 2 Queue areas will start the entering process at the same time, and the Standing sections will be temporarily divided into 2 sections when doors. ( The temp material will be removed prior to the show.)

    ● Section C & D will have their own queueing area, and entering process based on the order of serial numbers

    ● Guests with smaller serial numbers can queue backward with guests with larger serial numbers. But guests with larger serial numbers are not allowed to queue forward with guests with smaller serial numbers.

    ● Once the queue begins to enter the concert hall, latecomers should queue from the end of the queuing line.

    ● For safety reasons, pregnant women, children under 7 years old and under 110cm are not allowed to enter standing areas.

⍟ Security Check

    ● Backpacks and any Bags bigger than 37x25x11.5 cm are not allowed entry.

    ● Safety check is required upon entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.

    ● Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

⍟ Ticket Counter

    ● Audiences who have chosen to collect tickets at venue, please check tixCraft My Tickets for your Venue Collection Ticket Counter number 5 days before show, and collect ticket at your counter at venue

    ● If you chose Venue Collection for tickets, you will need to prepare below items for pickup：

        1. Order number: This is shown in your tixCraft account under My Tickets.

        2. Ticket Collection Counter / Collection No.: This is shown in your tixCraft account under My Tickets. Please line up at the venue to collect your tickets. The on-site staff will guide you during this process.

        3. Original photo ID of the person who purchased the tickets: Acceptable photo ID types are limited to ID cards, health insurance cards, driver's licenses or passports. Please bring the ID card which matches the name and ID number of the order when you pick up the ticket. You only need to bring one type of photo identification, but we do recommend that you bring the one that has your most recent photo and is the most accurate representation of your current age for easier identity verification. Photocopies, screenshots of IDs, and scanned ID files will not be accepted.

        4. You will not be able to collect your tickets if the above information is incomplete and/or we are unable to verify your identity.

        5. Venue Collection Counters will only be open until Show Starts

    ● Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets.

    ● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

    ● Purchase Rules

       1. Cash payment only. Please prepare spare change for convenience

       2. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠

       3. No plastic bag will be provided

       2. ANY TYPES of CAMERA and professional video and audio recording equipment.

       3. No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)

       4. Please read below PROHIBITED ITEMS CAREFULLY.

         

    ● No photo, recordings (except phones) and live streaming in any form is allowed during the performance. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
