The New Hope Club Japan tour scheduled for May 19 and 20 has been rescheduled to following dates.



March 22, 2021: Ebisu The Garden Hall (Tokyo)

March 23, 2021: Umeda Club Quattro (Osaka)

Open: 18:30 / Start: 19:30

Standing: 6,800 YEN (plus 1 drink charge)

Ticket On Sale: October 30, 2020


*All prices includes tax.

*Children under the age of 6 will not be permitted for the entry.

*This re-scheduled concert will be held in accordance with the Covid 19 guidelines issued by regulatory authorities and the venue. The operation of the event is subject to change pertaining to such guidelines.


Current ticket holders will be permitted entry and tickets will be deemed valid for the rescheduled show dates. For those customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, ticket refunds will be available from August 14 (Fri) to September 30 (Wed) from each ticketing agency. Please see below for detailed instructions.




PIA Purchasers

Please complete the refund procedure from the link below:

*Refund process will begin after the refund period above closes. It may take up to 2-3 months since you completed the process until you receive refund. Please contact your credit card company for details regarding the exact timing of your refund.




Customers with in-store pick up at 7-Eleven, Family-mart, Ticket Pia Shop

Refunds can be done at the store in which you printed the ticket. Please visit the store you printed the ticket in and bring your ticket during the refund period. (The store name is printed on the bottom portion of the ticket)

*For those who have not yet printed the ticket, please print the ticket first and proceed to the refund process. The in-store pick-up fee will be refunded after completion of the refund process.

*Refunds can only be done during Pia business hours. (Pia stores business hours vary by location)

*7-Eleven purchasers at any time after 10am the day after the ticket has been printed.

*Family-mart purchasers can refund at any time except every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30AM to 5:30AM.


For those who chose in-store pick up but are not able to physically visit the store, please read the instructions below and send all necessary materials to the address below.


Customers with Direct Delivery Ticket Services

Tickets must be delivered to the below address by July 31st (Fri) through registered mail, specific record direct mail(特定記録郵便). We will refund through wire.

(*At the bottom left of your ticket it will say "チケットぴあ 〇〇予約センター" "チケットぴあ Webサイト]. You can check the website name of the services provided on your ticket.)

We will refund through the "Postal Transfer Expenses Form /郵便振替払出証書"

The Postal Transfer Expenses form will come in a green sealed envelope. Once it arrives, please bring identification and receive your refund at the post office.

*It may take 2 to 3 weeks for refunds to be made.

*Please note that tickets with the stubs torn off will not be valid for refund.

*Handling and service fees that were paid upon purchase will also be refunded. Please be sure to have your Various Fees Ticket with you, as it will be required to complete the refund. If the Various Fees Ticket has been lost, the applicable fees cannot be refunded.




E PLUS Ticket Purchasers

Convenience Store Pick-up Purchasers who have already printed ticket

Please complete the refund process at the store that you printed the ticket at between the refund periods above. We will complete the refund in exchange to your physical ticket. We will not be able to refund the ticket once the refund period expires.


Direct Delivery Purchasers

Please send tickets to E PLUS via "Specific Record Mail (特定記録郵便) ".

*Tickets must arrive at E PLUS by the end of refund period above.
