British Metalcore-Invasion: Architects

Written by LNTV Germany / Photos (c): Bastian Bochinski / January 30, 2018

With great vehemence, playful skills and a strong work ethos the Architects from Brighton have built up a loyal and international fanbase. They have proved their incredible talent as brilliant musicians on seven consecutive albums, that were all stylistically oriented differently somewhere between Metalcore, Mathcore, Post-Hardcore and Progressive Metal.

Their last release „All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us“ was also their most successful one: it hit the Top 20 of the album charts in many different countries - in Germany and Austria they even entered the Top 10. Despite the tragic death of their guitarrist and founding member Tom Searle in August 2016, the band has decided to come back on tour and has outreached all expectations since.

Together with Special Guests While She Sleeps and Counterparts they played a sold out Columbiahalle in Berlin last Friday. Tonight they go on stage at the Palladium in Cologne, which (unsurprisingly) is sold out as well.
