請注意！為確保觀眾的觀賞權益，避免少數觀眾刻意違反演唱會入場辦法，本活動將在入場時進行驗包，若觀眾攜帶違禁品如攝錄影音器材、大型應援版等影響其他觀眾觀賞視線的違禁品，一經發現，將請觀眾離開現場自行處置違禁品方能入場觀賞，現場無法提供寄物服務，也請觀眾提早抵達場館進行安檢程序以免影響觀賞時間，若有不便，敬請見諒。
To ensure the best experience for the fans, please note that All personal bags are subject to search.
If any audience brings recording devices, LED boards, and height-increasing devices such as any kinds of stools and folding chairs...etc, which might distract other audience from enjoying the show, the promoter reserves the right to ask the audience who against the rules to leave the event.
No locker provided on site, please to seek other place for storage.

皆様が安心してライブを視聴出来ますよう、なお、会場入場時、荷物検査を行います。
他の観客に影響を及ぼすマナー違反の撮影機材・大型うちわ/応援看板・イスや脚立などは全て持ち込み禁止となります。
場内での撮影・録音機器(カメラ、撮影機能付き双眼鏡、レコーダー、ビデオ等録音機器を含む。) の持込み及び使用は厳禁とします。
荷物や禁止物については、各自保管場所を探して頂きます。会場側ではお預けることができませんのでご了承ください。
持ち込み禁止物が発見された場合は、即退場させて頂きます。禁止物の保管場所を探した後、まだ再入場可能です。

Please don't bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once these items are discovered by LNT, audience will be escorted and will not be allowed to re-enter the show again. There will be no ticket refund.

No Lighters/ Cigarette/ Candles/ Fireworks and any other type of Pyrotechnics.
- 禁止攜帶板凳、折疊椅等任何形式墊高的物品
No Chairs of any kind.
- 禁止攜帶超過A4面積的應援製作物(官方核准之應援手幅除外)、任何官方手燈以外的發亮應援物、氣球及含有政治性標語的旗幟、橫幅、哨子等物品。
No Signage or banner bigger than A4 size (Except banner distributed and approved by official) LED Banners/Non-official lighting stick or any lighting cheering supplies/ Political Banners/ Whistle.
- 禁止使用閃光燈
No Flash Photography/ Videography
- 禁止攜帶錄影、錄音機、相機及鏡頭、無人空拍機、平板及Go Pro相機
No Professional Video and Audio Recording Equipment/ Professional Photo Cameras/ Telephoto Lenses/ Drones/ Tablets/ Go Pro Cameras
10.禁止攜帶酒精、加壓型噴霧、香水、防狼噴霧劑、瓦斯罐、煤油等易燃物品

⚠ 活動現場嚴禁以下行為 Strictly Prohibited Action
- 直播行為 Any kinds of live streaming Behavior.
- 使用相機、攝影機或任何器材攝錄影、錄音等。如經查獲，將由工作人員留置器材保管並強制曝光底片或強制刪除記憶卡中所拍攝/錄製之內容，但損壞與遺失概不負責，並保留法律追訴權。屢勸不聽者將請出場不予退票。No Professional cameras, Audio and Video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment. Once any recording actions are taken, we will have to delete the contents in your memory cards. For those who violate the rules, we will ask you to leave the venue and restrict you from entry.
⚠ 屢勸不聽, 違反演唱會規範情節重大者，主辦單位保有將之帶離演唱會現場，並限制其再次入場之權力，並保留法律追訴權。請確實遵守入場規範。

搖滾站區GA Area：
➡搖滾B區及T區 GA B Area & T Area
📍搖滾B1，B3，T1，T3區入口：桃園棒球場左側(文康二路)入口（如場地圖所示）For audience at B1，B3，T1 and T3 GA Area， your entrance would be showed as the venue map.
📍搖滾B2，B4，T2，T4區入口：桃園棒球場右側(領航北路一段)入口（如場地圖所示）For audience at B2，B4，T2 and T4 GA Area， your entrance would be showed as the venue map.
入場步驟 Entry Steps：
- 10:00 AM開始可至各入口的【驗票帳篷】進行驗票帶手環的動作，並領取當日官方應援手幅。You can visit the [Tickets Scanning Tent] at your GA area from 10:00 AM for tickets check and put on the wristbands as well as pick up the official banner.
- 搖滾站區預計整隊時間GA Area Queueing Time：2:00 PM
- 搖滾站區預計進場時間GA Area Entry Time：3:00 PM
*依現場工作人員指示進行排隊，並依照指示進行入場安檢。
Please go to your queueing area as showed on the venue map and following the local staff for entry process.
➡搖滾S區 GA S Area
📍搖滾S區入口：桃園棒球場看台區入口（如場地圖所示）For audience at S1 and S2 GA Area， your entrance would be showed as the venue map.
- 搖滾站區預計整隊時間GA Area Queueing Time：2:00 PM，安檢驗票帶手環後可進入整隊區域。You will enter the GA Queueing Area after security check.
- 搖滾站區預計進場時間GA Area Entry Time：3:00 PM, Official banners will be hand out upon your entry.
** 搖滾S區觀眾若超過整隊入場時間，請自行至【座位區入口2】 進行安檢驗票戴手環的動作入場。For audience at GA S Area who is not able to make it to the queueing and entry time, please go to [TIER SEAT AUDIENCE ENTRANCE 2] for security and ticket check.
座位區 Seat Area：
➡ 位於東西看台座位區的觀眾，請於3:30PM座位區的三個入口（如上圖所示）安檢驗票後方可進場。官方應援手幅將於入場時發放。
For audience at 2nd floor seated area, please go through the three entrances as the venue map shows for security and ticket check. Official banners will be handed to you upon your entry.
➡ 位於左右外野座位區的觀眾入場請由各自的座位區入口（如場佈圖所示）安檢驗票後方可進場。
For seats at outfields area, please go to the outfields entrance for security and ticket check
★ Sound Check Party：
入場步驟 Entry Steps：
- 10:00 AM開始可至【Live Nation服務台】報到，核對票卡後，領取排隊號碼牌。You can visit the [Live Nation Info Tent] from 10:00 AM for qualification and ticket check then you will receive your serial number for queueing.
**因搖滾B區分為4個區塊，為公平起見，Soundcheck Party將採用報到領取號碼牌，依號碼牌順序[整隊]入場。As GA has four areas, in order to be fair to all winners, a serial number card will be handed to the winner after you finish the qualification check, and sound check party winners will enter by your serial number.
- Sound Check Party預計整隊時間Queueing Time：12:00 PM
- Sound Check Party預計安檢進場時間Security Check and Entry Time：12:40 PM
- Sound Check Party預計進行時間：13:10PM
*Sound Check結束後請依工作人員指示離開場內，前往各區入口整隊再入場。After Sound Check Party, please follow the staff’s instruction to exit and go to your GA Entrance for queueing and Entry.

★ 現場飲食Food & Beverages
場外將設置餐飲區（如場佈圖所示），於10:00AM開始販售。There will be Food & Beverages areas, showed as venue map. They will open from 10:00AM
場館內將開放美食街，於3:30PM開始販售。There are food court in the venue, food court will open from 3:30PM.
★現場售票與取票服務 Ticketing & Will Call
開放時間Ticket Booth Open：2018.12.8,9，10:00AM-7:00PM
購票請前往桃園棒球場正門的拓元售票亭，現場取票請前往正門左手邊的取票帳篷領取您的票券。
Please visit the tixCraft booth at the front door of Taoyuan International Baseball Stadium for ticketing.
For tickets collection, please visit the ticket booth on the left-hand side.
➡ 現場取票應備資料 Will Call
- 訂單編號。
- 購票會員身份證明文件 (身分證、健保卡、駕照、護照 (擇一)限正本)，以供核對取票身份。
為保障購票會員所訂購之票卡(券)不被冒領，煩請於演出當天現場取票時，務必出示「附照片之證件正本」（身分證、駕照、健保卡或護照，擇一即可）做為領取依據。無法出示以上證件正本者，恕不接受取票，以保權益、避免爭議，謝謝。
Upon picking up your tickets, you will be asked to show the following information for identity verification:
- Order number
- Photo ID (ex: insurance card, passport or other forms of ID)-Please note the name on the ID MUST BE THE SAME as the name registered in your membership.
➡ 遺失票券 Lost Tickets
搖滾區遺失票券者，經文化部來函解釋，搖滾區因無指定席位，又因票券屬無記名有價證券，故遺失可拒絕入場，但本公司基於保護消費者的優先考量，遺失票券若有先在開演二十四小時前進線向拓元客服登記立案，當日攜帶報案三聯單，身份證明文件前往票務櫃臺簽切結書，待開演十分鐘後確認無人進場時，可讓遺失票券的消費者入場觀賞，倘若之後持票人出現，因以持票人優先，遺失票券的觀眾需另行購票入場(剩餘票券，依現場實際狀況為準)，否則將觸及刑法第339條的詐欺不正取財之公訴罪。演出當日遺失票券者恕無法協助處理，請見諒。
For Lost GA Tickets: Dial +886 (02) 8772-9835 at least 24 hours before show. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and you photo ID and go to the TIXCRAFT ticket booth on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts for 10 minutes and the ticket is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets would be charged for ticket fee. We may report to police station if there is controversy.
座位區遺失票券者，請盡早進線+886 (02) 8772-9835或EMAIL：tixcraft@tixcraft.com至拓元票務申告，遺失票券者需在演出24小時前至警局報案。為減少警務負擔，演出當天桃園分局恕不受理票券遺失報案。已報案者，請於演出當日下午五點前，持警局報案單、購票證明與身份證明文件前往場館拓元票務櫃臺簽立切結書，待開演後清查該座位無人進場，可讓申報遺失票券的消費者入場觀賞，但倘若持票人出現，應以持票人優先，遺失票券的觀眾需另行購票入場(剩餘票券，依現場實際狀況為準)，否則將觸及刑法第339條的詐欺不正取財之公訴罪。若雙方僵持不下，將會請出場外報警處理。
For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial +886 (02) 8772-9835or EMAIL：tixcraft@tixcraft.com at your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and you photo ID and go to the TIXCRAFT ticket booth before 5:00PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets would be charged for ticket fee. We may report to police station if there is controversy.
**請注意，演出當日桃園市警察局將不受理遺失票券報案。Lost tickets report will not be accepted by Taoyuan Police Station on both show days.
**票券屬無記名的有價證券，恕不能補發，請大家小心保管票券。Reissue of tickets is not available, please keep your tickets well.
➡ 票券遺失流程執行如下：
- 如果已經報遺失票券，現場出現持票人，持票人請至票務櫃臺與報遺失的觀眾對質並報警處理。
If the ticket has been reported as lost and one shows up with the lost ticket, we will ask both audience to the ticket booth for confrontation and report to the police.
- 報遺失的觀眾已經入場，但稍後持票人出現，持票人請到櫃臺簽同意書方能入場。如果不簽只能報警處理，因為之前那位消費者已經報警遺失。
Once the audience who had reported the lost of ticket has entered the venue, any one shows up with ticket need to go to the ticket booth to sign a consent. If you refuse to sign, we would have to report to the police since the ticket is reported as lost.
活動若因故延期或取消，主辦單位不負交通及住宿費之補償。相關規定以活動官網及現場公告為主，主辦單位保留加場、修改、終止本活動相關演出內容之權力。
Show cancels or postpones due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
