Hozier’s new album ‘Wasteland, Baby’ is out now!

Written by LN Team / March 05, 2019

Hozier has just released his brand new album ‘Wasteland, Baby’ - the 14-track follow-up to his debut album from 2014 which featured hits like ‘Take Me To Church’ and ‘Someone New’.

As part of the album release, Hozier hosted a special album release party on YouTube, where he answered questions from fans, as well as performed a few songs acoustically:

The album includes the already released ‘Movement’, ’Almost (Sweet Music)’, and ‘Dinner & Diatribes’, as long as brand new songs like ‘Sunlight’, ‘As It Was’, and more.

It’s received positive reviews from the likes of The Guardian (who said, “the sheer joy he finds in crafting his music pours out of Nina Cried Power and Almost, and his relentless choruses sound ready-made for stadiums”) and Rolling Stone (who said, “the album carves out a space for the singer to work out his creative tensions as he finds new ways to make his straight folk influences more accessible without losing anything along the way.”)
