    ● Guests with smaller serial numbers can queue with guests with larger serial numbers. But guests with larger serial numbers are not allowed to queue with guests with smaller serial numbers.

    ● Once the queue begins to enter the concert hall, latecomers should queue from the end of the queuing line.

⍟ VIP Upgrade

1. Check In Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

    ● VIP ticket holders are required to present their valid tickets at the check in counter for verification purposes. A wristband and A Commemorative VIP tour laminate will be issued.

    ● Please note that any wristbands or laminates not picked up on the stipulated check in time will not be issued.

    ● Est Photo Time：5:00 PM

    ● Please note that when the queue line begins to access the concert hall, those not in the queue line will not be entertained.

3. Pre-show soundcheck

    ● After soundcheck, VIP guests are to leave the concert hall and enter by the concert serial number queue.

    ● Bags bigger than regulated size(37x25x11.5 cm) are not allowed for entry.

    ● Safety check is required upon entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.

    ● There are limited coin lockers at the venue.

    ● Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

    ● Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets. For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact TixCraft at your earliest convenience. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 19:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is a controversy.

    ● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

       1. Only LINE PAY and cash payment available. Please use LINE PAY as much as possible during the pandemic. If you wish to pay in cash, please prepare the correct amount of cash.⁠

       2. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠⁠

       6. Flags, poles, and tripods

       7. Animals and plants of any kind

       8. Glass and umbrellas

       9. Lighters and sprays

       10. Sharp objects

    ● No food and beverage(except water)

    ● Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation. 

    ● No professional cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

    ● The arriving performers and the staff will be taking self-initiated preventions and following local directions accordingly.
