● Entry Indications：
1. Please take the escalator on the right hand side if your seat number is odd. Please take the escalator on the left hand side if your seat number is even.
2. For those whose seats are at 2M floor and 3rd floor, please access from the 3rd floor entrance.
3. For those whose seats are at 4th, 5th, and 6th floor, please access from the 4th floor entrance.

⏰ Check In & VIP Item Pickup Time：4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
⏰ Q&A Est. Queue Time：5:00 PM - 5:30 PM (Please queue on the 3rd floor, even number entrance side)

● Please present both concert ticket and VIP Upgrade ticket at the check in counter for verification purposes. After verification, a Q&A wristband and VIP Items will be issued. Damage on the wristband may cause denial for entry. One VIP UPGRADE is limited to be used once and by the concert ticket holder only.
● If you didn’t check in within the announced time above, your VIP Upgrade benefit will be given up and the VIP Upgrade ticket cannot be refunded. And please note that all VIP Items cannot picked up after the stipulated check in time, and cannot not be shipped.

● Lost tickets: Please contact TixCraft at (02)87729835 or https://help.tixcraft.com/hc/zh-tw/requests/new. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and photo ID and go to the ticket counter by 7:00PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show begins and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, the claimer can enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up then the ticket holder is the priority, those who claim to lose tickets should purchase tickets to access the show. We may report to police if there is controversy.
● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

● Purchase Rules
1. Only LINE PAY and cash payment available. Please use LINE PAY as much as possible during the pandemic. If you wish to pay in cash, please prepare the correct amount of cash.
2. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.

● No food and beverage (except water)
● Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.
● No professional cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
● The arriving performers and the staff will be taking self-initiated preventions and following local directions accordingly.
