● NO prohibited item is allowed in the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

2. Ticket Collection Counter / Collection No.: This is shown in your tixCraft account under My Tickets. Please line up at the venue to collect your tickets. The on-site staff will guide you during this process.
3. Original photo ID of the person who purchased the tickets: Acceptable photo ID types are limited to ID cards, health insurance cards, driver's licenses or passports. Please bring the ID card which matches the name and ID number of the order when you pick up the ticket. You only need to bring one type of photo identification, but we do recommend that you bring the one that has your most recent photo and is the most accurate representation of your current age for easier identity verification. Photocopies, screenshots of IDs, and scanned ID files will not be accepted.
4. You will not be able to collect your tickets if the above information is incomplete and/or we are unable to verify your identity.
5. Venue Collection Counters will only be open until Show Starts
● Infinity Tickets - Tickets pick-up : Pick-up tickets must be by ticket purchaser on night of show ONLY, with picture ID, order number, and credit card used for ticket purchase. All three credentials must be provided for pickup. Once you have the tickets in hand, you can enter the venue. Any reselling or transfer of these tickets will result in a void with no refund.
● Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets. If you lose your tickets.For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth an hour before show on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is a controversy.

4. Both 11/11 and 11/12 have limited quantity of merch in stock. The sale will end when the inventory of the day is sold out. Please queue up early to buy.

6. No chairs of any kind.
7. No posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners / whistles or any cheer supplies. Only official approved banners are allowed.
8. No professional video and audio recording equipment / professional photo cameras / telephoto lens / drones / tablets / GoPro.
9. No pets and plants. No fruits and vegetables.
10. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
11. No flash photography / videography.
12. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
13. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
14. No any kind of live streaming. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

● Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
● Please follow the concert regulations, for those who violate the rules, we might restrict you from attending the concert and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.
● Folding umbrella is granted. However please do not use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
● For your safety, please avoid wearing stilettos or high heels.
● Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
● Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
