* Please go to your queueing area as showed on the venue map and following the local staff for entry process. You will have to queue from the last when the queue starts to enter.

★ RULES & REGULATIONS
- Any form of recording in the venue and distribution of any recordings are considered illegal and violates the copyrights of the show along with the publicity rights of the Artist and Management. Electronic devices capable of filming or recording other than a mobile phone are NOT allowed inside the venue. If caught live-streaming, recording or filming using your mobile phone, Promoter will have to delete the contents in your memory cards/ phone, ask you to leave the venue and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. If caught using any electronic device for the aforementioned purposes, the recording tape, film, memory cards, etc. will be confiscated, and the owner will be asked to leave the venue. Also, Promoter reserves the right to pursue legal actions. In the above cases, the ticket will not be refunded.
- Food and drinks except for bottled water, are not allowed inside the venue. Pets and other hazardous materials such as glass bottles, lasers, long handle umbrellas, monopods, selfie sticks, chains or other sharp objects ( brass knuckles, spiked belts etc.), lighters, cigarette, candles, fireworks or other flammable materials (alcohol, pressurized cologne, perfume, pepper sprays, kerosene, gasoline etc.), projectiles or Missile of any type, bouquets, balloons, any type of chairs, non-official lighting stick or any lighting cheering supplies, political banners, whistles may also be restricted.
- Please avoid behaviors that may disturb others. You may be subject to restraint by venue staff.
- Cheering tools, fabric and paper banners larger than A4 size are NOT allowed EXCEPT official merchandise.
- No luggage is allowed or any Bags bigger than 37*25*11.5 cm ( around A3 size). Any Bags against Security Standard will not be allowed for Entry.
- There’re no lockers at the venue. Please take care of your valuable items. The promoter/organizer will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, etc. due to negligence.
The promoter/organizer is not responsible for any accident caused by ignoring venue staffs’ warning. Please pay attention to venue staffs’ instructions and fully cooperate for an enjoyable concert experience. For those who violate the rules, we might restrict you from attending the concert and reserves the right to pursue legal actions.

2. Cash only. Please verify your purchased items and money on site. Refund or exchanging items will not be available once you leave the counter.
3. Counter might close earlier if all products are sold out
4. According to relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide bags for sold products.

Check-In：You can visit the [Live Nation Info Tent] from 11:00 AM for qualification and ticket check and get your wristband as confirmation.
Queueing：Please go to the meet-up point (Shown as below) within 15 mins after the show and queue. Please show your wristband and ticket while entering for Hi-touch.
➡Send-Off Winner
Check-In：You can visit the [Live Nation Info Tent] from 11:00 AM for qualification and ticket check and get your wristband then you will receive your serial number for queueing.
Queueing：Please go to the meet-up point (Shown as below) within 30 mins after the show and queue according to your serial number. Please show your wristband and ticket while entering for Hi-touch.
➡L-File Holder Winner
Please pick up the File holder with your ticket at the [Live Nation Info Tent] within 1PM to 1 hour after the show.
➡Signed Poster Winner
Please pick up the signed poster with your photo ID at the [Live Nation Info Tent] within 1 hour after the show.

Upon picking up your tickets, you will be asked to show the following information for identity verification:
- Order number
- Photo ID (ex: insurance card, passport or other forms of ID)-Please note the name on the ID MUST BE THE SAME as the name registered in your membership.
➡ Lost Tickets
- For Lost GA Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or email to tixcraft@tixcraft.combefore 2019/09/12 6PM. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 4PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the sequence number is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy. If you lose your ticket on show day, please re-purchase a ticket (subject to the availability).
- For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or email to tixcraft@tixcraft.comat your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 4PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.
★ NOTICE
➡ Please notify the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
➡ According to the regulations, smoking is prohibited in this area.
➡ If you need to leave temporarily, security check is always needed upon re-entry.
➡ DO NOT stand on your chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by your inappropriate behaviors.
➡ Please follow the concert regulations, for those who violate the rules, we might restrict you from attending the concert and reserves the right to pursue legal actions.
➡ Show cancels or postpones due to irresistible reasons, the promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on-site. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
