All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances. The merchandise item and commemorative laminate will be handed out on the night of the show. Collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorise access into the venue or backstage areas.
