MS. LAURYN HILL JAPAN SHOW POSTPONEMENT / REFUND NOTICE

The Ms. Lauryn Hill show scheduled for April 26, 2022 has been postponed due to border enforcement measures of the Japanese government set to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We are working to re-schedule the shows and will announce once finalized.

Current ticket holders will be permitted entry and tickets will be deemed valid for the rescheduled show date. For those customers who wish to receive a refund, ticket refunds will be available from April 2 to May 13 from each ticketing agency.

TICKET REFUND INSTRUCTIONS

TICKET PIA - ENGLISH TICKETING PAGE PURCHASERS

Refund Period：2nd April 10:00 to 13th May

Complete the refund form below by the end of refund period. Ticket Pia will cancel the payment made to your credit card.

*Since the cancellation process will begin after the refund period closes, it may take up to 2 to 3 months for the amount to be refunded since you applied for the refund. Please contact your credit card company for details regarding the exact timing of your refund.

*You must complete the process above in order to receive refund. Customers who wish to come to the rescheduled performance do not need to complete the procedure.
