Here's What Went Down Last Night At The 2018 BRIT Awards!

Written by LNTV Germany / February 22, 2018

Last night the best in British music assembled at The O2, London to celebrate the movers and shakers of the last year at the 2018 BRIT Awards!

The audience were treated to performances from the likes of Justin Timberlake, who opened the awards with a slick medley of ‘Midnight Summer Jam’ before bringing on country singer Chris Stapleton for a duet of ‘Say Something’. (Don't miss Justin on 'The Man Of The Woods Tour' this summer!)

A second duet came in the form of Best British Single winner Rag’n’Bone Man and Critic’s Choice winner Jorja Smith, who teamed up for a jaw-dropping performance of ‘Skin’.

Elsewhere, Dua Lipa took to the stage for an epic performance of hit ‘New Rules’ after scooping two awards for British Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act, and Liam Gallagher gave a touching rendition of Oasis classic ‘Live Forever’ as a tribute to the victims of the Manchester Arena bombing, introduced by Gary Barlow.

Recently confirmed Reading and Leeds headliner Kendrick Lamar wowed the crowd with his powerful performance of track ‘Feel’ and his Rich The Kid collab ‘New Freezer’, all atop a perspex box housing a very expensive car being smashed to pieces!

The night was closed by recently announced Wireless headliner and winner of two BRITs Stormzy, who gave a stunning, gospel-choir backed rendition of ‘Blinded By Your Grace Pt 2’, before launching into an spiky freestyle referencing the Grenfell Tower fire, and ending with an electric delivery of his breakthrough hit ‘Big For Your Boots’.
