But good things come to those who wait! And while we wait, we wanted to share some advice to help us all hold our nerve.

1. UPDATE YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION

The first and most important step, your Ticketmaster & Eventim account. If you have an account already, double-check your account details - your profile, contact information and most importantly your address.

If you don’t have an account with either Ticketmaster or Eventim, sign up for one now!

Don’t forget your password!

It is crucial to remember your Ticketmaster/Eventim password before the date the sale begins. That way you won’t lose a single second!

You might have forgotten it… And then you will be in a hurry! Verify you remember it correctly, and if you don’t, just change it into an easier one for you to remember. Where can you do all this? It’s easy:

Request a new password by clicking “Forgot Password?” The system will automatically send a temporary password. Type it manually!  Just as it appears on the e-mail. You may then change it to one of your choosing.
The first step is completed!

2. WHICH ARE THE OFFICIAL SALE AND INFORMATION CHANNELS?

Don’t panic! We know it might be confusing. Who can we ask for the ticket prices? Who do we tell that we want BTS VIP tickets? And the most important of all… WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS? It’s extremely important to know what the official channels are, to get both real information and to purchase legitimate tickets.

Which are the official channels?

- Big Hit Entertainment

- BTS themselves

- Live Nation (promoter)

- Ticketmaster (official ticketer)

- Eventim (official ticketer)

If you find tickets through websites other than the above mentioned… Don’t bite! You may only purchase legitimate tickets through the authorized BTS channels.
Live Nation GSA is BTS’ promoter. We are the retailer working between the organization and A.R.M.Ys. We do everything that is in our power for you to get your tickets in the safest and fastest way possible.

3. CONNECTIVITY

Check your connectivity. It’s something Jimin always, always, always does before getting tickets. Do you have enough battery? A good internet connection? Is your browser up to date? PERFECT. You are ready technology-wise.

It’s ok if more than one device is connected to the same Wi-Fi: it may slow your internet connection down, but the important thing is for you to use just one device (the one you trust the most) and hold your nerve until the end.

BUT WATCH OUT!

Don’t even think about using your tablet, cell phone and computer AALLLLL at once, just to check which one of them is faster to purchase your tickets. It won’t make you faster in the virtual queue. On the contrary: each device you add to the virtual queue will make you queue yourself! So, choose the device which never lets you down and be patient.

4. ACCESS THE SALE RIGHT ON TIME

You don’t need to be half an hour early, and you shouldn’t be a minute late. The virtual queue may be activated if it detects a high volume of fans connected to the ticketing website, and you will start in the queue at the exact time the tickets go on sale. Hold your horses!

5. WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE IN THE QUEUE

Once you are in the virtual queue, just chill! Think about J-Hope. We know your nerves get hold of you, but don’t forget this: DON’T HIT F5.
Don’t refresh while you are in the virtual queue, if you do you will lose your place in it and you will go back to the beginning of the whole process. Patience, patience, we must have hope. You are well aware that there are thousands and thousands of ARMYs like you eager to see BTS. Keep calm and don’t lose sight of your objective.

6. USE JUST ONE BROWSER

V wouldn’t risk it! He wants to see you in July in Berlin! So you’d better be sensible and, as we mentioned with the devices, just use the one browser during the purchase process. Avoid trying to have to parallel purchase processes with different browsers because you may experience problems, and we don’t want problems!

7. ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR TICKETS, RELAX

You have your tickets. You have entered your card number, you have paid for them. Ok, let’s stay calm. They may take a while to appear in your Ticketmaster/Eventim account or the confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive.

But don’t suffer! You will have the e-mail when the purchase is finished and the tickets will be in your Ticketmaster/Eventim account too, in “My tickets/My orders” area. If many ARMYs are purchasing at once, it may be a little slower to send all the confirmations. Don’t forget to check your spam folder just in case your email arrives in there. But be patient.
