Alessia Cara returned to Chicago on October 7th, 2016 with her Know-It-All Tour Part II. Cara, who had previously performed in Chicago at The Metro earlier in the year, brought her A game this time around. The night opened with set from two good friends of the bold Canadian singer-songwriter, Nathan Sykes and Ruth B. Cara's performance in Chicago thrilled fans and critics alike with her superstar pop anthems like "Here," "Wild Things," and her newest single "Scars To Your Beautiful." Throughout the show, the young star captivated the crowd with her deft vocals and an intoxicating cover of Frank Ocean's "Swim Good."

Cara, who featured pop star Jojo in her music video for "Scars to Your Beautiful," is featured on Jojo's newest record Mad Love. Cara performs on the song "I Can Only" and sings the empowering lyrics "all that you're getting is all that you see" and "even if I fall, I fall on me"--lines that echo Cara's prevailing message of self-love and confidence. Since the breakout of "Here" in 2015, Cara has taken fans on a journey of self-discovery through her songs, perpetually finding poetic ways to explore the idea of understanding where you are in life and being comfortable with who you are.

"Scars To Your Beautiful" is also being featured throughout the month of October on the #IAmAWitness anti-bullying campaign promotion video, "Ben's Story". As part of National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month, Cara has taken up the task of spreading love across apps like musical.ly and live.ly hoping to grow awareness and teen involvement in the campaign. Cara can be found in the music challenge across the apps, and promoting the "social good emoji" the I Am A Witness Campaign launched as well.
