The Who are in the middle of their massive North American Moving On! Tour, which kicked off May 7th in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is scheduled to wrap up June 1 in Toronto before picking things back up in the fall.
Founders Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, the sole surviving members of the original lineup, have enlisted help from Simon Townshend (guitar), Loren Gold (keys), Jon Button (bass), Zak Starkey (drums), Billy Nicholls (vocals) and Katie Jacoby (violin).
Additionally, each city has supplied a local orchestra to bring a cinematic flair to the shows.
With support from Peter Wolf, Dirty Honey, Leslie Mendelson, Reignwolf, The HillBenders, Arkells, MOON VS SUN and Luka Nelson & Promise of the Real, this tour has been nothing short of epic.
The band has been playing cuts from their entire discography, including songs like "1921," "5:15," "Pinball Wizard" and, of course, "Baba O'Riley."
With a massive 24-song setlist, the pinball wizards have provided fans with a mixture of deep cuts and newer songs alike, but there are a few omissions that we need to address.
