On the heels of releasing his acclaimed and well-received third studio album ANIMA, Thom Yorke immediately took to the stage to show off the new songs, which pair nicely with his other two studio albums, and even songs from the Suspiria: Music for the Luca Guadagnino Film soundtrack! (which he scored).
The European summer dates kicked off on July 2nd at the Palladium in Cologne, Germany. Throughout the night, Yorke, live debuted three songs off of ANIMA, and one off Suspiria. Off ANIMA, he debuted "Last I Heard (...He Was Circling the Drain)," "Dawn Chorus," and "Runwayaway." Off Suspiria, he debuted "Has Ended."

After another Germany show, Yorke entered his festival route. Over the past week he's performed at Montreux Jazz Festival, Down the Rabbit Hole, and Days Off 2019. For these setlists he's stuck to performing 21 songs, with an exception of Down the Rabbit Hole. He normally opens the night with "Interference" or "Impossible Knots," and either closes with "Twist" or Atoms of Peace's "Default."
"The Clock" Live
He's also generously delivered not one, but two encores! The first carries four songs, while the second has one, which has been "Unmade" up until last night, July 8th, during Yorke's second Days Off 2019 set when he changed up his setlist.
During this set, Yorke swapped out "Last I Heard" with "I'm A Very Rude Person," giving the song its tour debut. He also took off "Interference" to make room for the tour debut of "(Ladies & Gentlemen, Thank You for Coming)".
During the first encore, he swapped out "The Axe" for the tour debut of The Eraser's "Cymbal Rush." Then, for encore #2, he performed "Suspirium" instead of "Unmade." Check out the full setlist right here:
