*搖滾區觀眾請依現場工作人員指示進行排隊，並依照指示進行安檢。若隊伍開始移動入場後才抵達整隊區域，需放棄本來的序號，至隊伍最後排隊入場。Please go to your queueing area as showed on the venue map and following the local staff for entry process. You will have to queue from the last when the queue starts to enter.

★ 觀看演出須知 RULES & REGULATIONS
- 演出過程中未經授權的拍攝、錄音行為及相關資料的傳播、共用、複製、製作等行為屬於違反演出著作權及藝人或經紀公司發佈權的非法行為，且被嚴格禁止。演出場地不得攜帶除手機之外的任何形式之拍攝及錄音電子設備。如使用手機錄影、直播或錄音者，經工作人員查獲，則將立即被請出場不予退票並強制刪除手機中所拍攝、錄製之內容且保留法律追訴權。如經查獲攜帶任何除了手機之外形式的拍攝或錄音電子設備者，則將沒收其所有磁帶、底片、記憶卡等資料並立即將其請出場不予退票且保留法律追訴權。
- 場內不得攜帶除瓶裝水之外的飲料或食物，玻璃瓶、鐳射、長柄雨傘、腳架、自拍棒、鍊條與其他尖銳物體（手指虎、尖銳鉚釘皮帶等飾品）、打火機、香菸、蠟燭、煙火或任何易燃物（酒精、加壓型噴霧、香水、防狼噴霧劑、瓦斯罐、煤油）、可投擲發射或具有噴射功能等危險物品，寵物、花束、氣球、板凳、折疊椅、任何官方手燈以外的發亮應援物、含有政治性標語的旗幟、橫幅、哨子等物品也會受到限制。
- 請勿做出影響其他觀眾觀看演出的行為，視情況有可能會受到現場人員的管制。
- 除官方周邊商品以外，禁止將大於A4尺寸規格的的應援製作物(官方核准之應援手幅除外)帶入場。
- 嚴禁攜帶任何行李箱與超過37*25*11.5 cm（略小於A3大小） 的包包，不符合安檢規定的包包與物品，不管以何種形式一律不准入場。
- 現場無寄物櫃亦不提供寄物服務，請保管好個人的貴重物品。因個人因素不慎遺失、被盜時，演出主辦方/承辦方對此不負任何責任。如違反上述須知或不遵守現場人員的指示而發生混亂情況或事故，主辦方/承辦方對此不負任何責任。且屢勸不聽、 違反演唱會規範情節重大者，主辦單位保有將之帶離演唱會現場，並限制其再次入場之權力，並保留法律追訴權。請確實遵守入場規範。
- Any form of recording in the venue and distribution of any recordings are considered illegal and violates the copyrights of the show along with the publicity rights of the Artist and Management. Electronic devices capable of filming or recording other than a mobile phone are NOT allowed inside the venue. If caught live-streaming, recording or filming using your mobile phone, Promoter will have to delete the contents in your memory cards/ phone, ask you to leave the venue and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. If caught using any electronic device for the aforementioned purposes, the recording tape, film, memory cards, etc. will be confiscated, and the owner will be asked to leave the venue. Also, Promoter reserves the right to pursue legal actions. In the above cases, the ticket will not be refunded.
- Food and drinks except for bottled water, are not allowed inside the venue. Pets and other hazardous materials such as glass bottles, lasers, long handle umbrellas, monopods, selfie sticks, chains or other sharp objects ( brass knuckles, spiked belts etc.), lighters, cigarette, candles, fireworks or other flammable materials (alcohol, pressurized cologne, perfume, pepper sprays, kerosene, gasoline etc.), projectiles or Missile of any type, bouquets, balloons, any type of chairs, non-official lighting stick or any lighting cheering supplies, political banners, whistles may also be restricted.
- Please avoid behaviors that may disturb others. You may be subject to restraint by venue staff.
- Cheering tools, fabric and paper banners larger than A4 size are NOT allowed EXCEPT official merchandise.
- No luggage is allowed or any Bags bigger than 37*25*11.5 cm ( around A3 size). Any Bags against Security Standard will not be allowed for Entry.
- There’re no lockers at the venue. Please take care of your valuable items. The promoter/organizer will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, etc. due to negligence.
The promoter/organizer is not responsible for any accident caused by ignoring venue staffs’ warning. Please pay attention to venue staffs’ instructions and fully cooperate for an enjoyable concert experience. For those who violate the rules, we might restrict you from attending the concert and reserves the right to pursue legal actions.

集合Queueing：請於演出結束15分鐘內，於下方圖示集合點集合。整隊進場時請出示票卡/紙票及手環。Please go to the meet-up point (Shown as below) within 15 mins after the show and queue. Please show your wristband and ticket while entering for Hi-touch.

報到Check-In：11:00 AM開始可至【Live Nation服務台】報到，核對票卡/紙票後，領取排隊號碼牌並戴上Send Off認證手環即完成報到。You can visit the [Live Nation Info Tent] from 11:00 AM for qualification and ticket check and get your wristband then you will receive your serial number for queueing.
集合Queueing：請於演出結束30分鐘內，於下方圖示集合點集合並依號碼牌排隊。整隊進場時請出示票卡/紙票及手環。Please go to the meet-up point (Shown as below) within 30 mins after the show and queue according to your serial number. Please show your wristband and ticket while entering for Hi-touch.

➡ 現場取票應備資料 Will Call
1.訂單編號。 2.購票會員身份證明文件 (身分證、健保卡、駕照、護照 (擇一)限正本)，以供核對取票身份。為保障購票會員所訂購之票卡(券)不被冒領，煩請於演出當天現場取票時，務必出示「附照片之證件正本」（身分證、駕照、健保卡或護照，擇一即可）做為領取依據。無法出示以上證件正本者，恕不接受取票，以保權益、避免爭議，謝謝。
Upon picking up your tickets, you will be asked to show the following information for identity verification:
- Order number
- Photo ID (ex: insurance card, passport or other forms of ID)-Please note the name on the ID MUST BE THE SAME as the name registered in your membership.
➡ 遺失票券 Lost Tickets
- 搖滾區遺失票券者，經文化部來函解釋，搖滾區因無指定席位，又因票券屬無記名有價證券，故遺失可拒絕入場，但本公司基於保護消費者的優先考量，遺失票券若有先在2019/09/12 18:00前進線向拓元客服登記立案，演出當日下午4點前攜帶警局報案單、購票證明與身份證明文件前往票務櫃臺簽切結書，待開演十分鐘後確認無人進場時，可讓遺失票券的消費者入場觀賞，倘若之後持票人出現，應以持票人優先，遺失票券的觀眾需另行購票入場(剩餘票券，依現場實際狀況為準)，否則將觸及刑法第339條的詐欺不正取財之公訴罪。若雙方僵持不下，將會請出場外報警處理。演出當日搖滾區遺失票券者恕無法協助處理，請見諒。For Lost GA Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or email to tixcraft@tixcraft.combefore 2019/09/12 6PM. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 4PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the sequence number is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy. If you lose your ticket on show day, please re-purchase a ticket (subject to the availability).
- 座位區遺失票券者，請盡早進線02-8772-9835或EMAIL至tixcraft@tixcraft.com至拓元票務申告，遺失票券者需在演出當日下午4點前，持警局報案單、購票證明與身份證明文件前往場館拓元票務櫃臺簽立切結書，待開演後清查該座位無人進場，可讓申報遺失票券的消費者入場觀賞，但倘若持票人出現，應以持票人優先，遺失票券的觀眾需另行購票入場(剩餘票券，依現場實際狀況為準)，否則將觸及刑法第339條的詐欺不正取財之公訴罪。若雙方僵持不下，將會請出場外報警處理。For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or email to tixcraft@tixcraft.comat your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 4PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.
➡ 身障票入場辦法: 購票規則已經清楚載明需持有身障手冊的本人購票、本人入場，進場時須檢查身障手冊是否為本人（若新版身障手冊有註明陪同者，也請陪同者攜帶身份證件以供查驗），若非本人恕無法入場，且無法退票，場館規定此為社會福利不得加以濫用。陪同者若沒陪同身障朋友也無法單獨入席，此相關規定在購票票格上皆已清楚載明適用辦法，請勿傷害其他身障朋友的權益，謝謝！
★ 其它現場注意事項 NOTICE
➡ 現場舞台視線若有不良(在公告的視線遮蔽區域外)，必須在開演10分鐘內向現場工作人員提出。經工作人員判定如確認為視線不良座位者，將視情況調整座位，若無提出者，視同同意該座位安排。Please notify the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
➡ 配合菸害防制法，本活動場所全面禁菸。According to the regulations, smoking is prohibited in this area.
➡ 進場後如需暫時離場，需再次安檢進場。If you need to leave temporarily, security check is always needed upon re-entry.
➡ 請注意！觀看演出時，請勿站立於座椅上觀看。若因此導致場館物品損壞，則需請您負起賠償之責任。DO NOT stand on your chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by your inappropriate behaviors.
➡ 若經工作人員發現有違反規定情節重大者，主辦單位保有將之帶離演唱會現場，並限制其再次入場的權利，請確實遵守入場規範 。Please follow the concert regulations, for those who violate the rules, we might restrict you from attending the concert and reserves the right to pursue legal actions.
➡ 活動若因故延期或取消，主辦單位不負交通及住宿費之補償。相關規定以活動官網及現場公告為主，主辦單位保留加場、修改、終止本活動相關演出內容之權力。Show cancels or postpones due to irresistible reasons, the promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on-site. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
