Group Photo (15 pax per group)

● Check in time: 3:00-5:00 PM (No Late check in allowed)

● Check In counter please refer to the site map. When Check in, staff will distribute wristband and chop the "EXCHANGED"stamp on your concert tickets. Please keep Wristband and chopped ticket, BOTH REQUIRED , for queue and entry. DAMAGED or LOST any of it will be disqualified.

● Time: Within 15 minutes after the show ends.

Send off

● Check in time: 3:00-5:00 PM (No Late check in allowed)

● Check In counter please refer to the site map. When checking in, draw the sequence number card (randomly) and get the wristband, staff will chop the "EXCHANGED"stamp on your concert tickets. Please keep Wristband and the sequence number card, BOTH of them , for queue and entry. DAMAGED or LOST any of it will be disqualified.

● Time: 3:00 PM - 1 hour after the show ends. (NO exchange during the show)

Printed Handwritten Letter

● Lost Tickets: According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets.For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth an hour before show on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is a controversy.

● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

● No food and beverage(except water)

● No any kind of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
