⚠️Temperature Check & Masks Required⚠️

● In accordance with the updated public health measure by CDC, temperature check is required upon entry; Masks are required throughout the performance and in indoor spaces at all times.⛔Individuals with forehead temperature above 37.5℃ are not allowed to enter the venue⛔, related ticketing process will be hanlded at counter.

⍟ Security Check

● Security check is required when entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.

● Security check is always required upon re-entry.

● Lost Tickets: Please contact tixCraft at (02)87729835 or https://help.tixcraft.com/hc/zh-tw/requests/new. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and photo ID and go to the ticket counter by 5:00PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show begins and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, the claimer can enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up then the ticket holder is the priority, those who claim to lose tickets should purchase tickets to access the show. We may report to police if there is controversy.

● Disability Tickets Entry: Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

● Purchase Rules

1. Only LINE PAY and cash payment available. Please use LINE PAY as much as possible during the pandemic. If you wish to pay in cash, please prepare the correct amount of cash.⁠

2. 2PM - 4PM is the priority purchase period for ticket holders of the day. If you do not have a ticket for the day, you can only purchase merch after 4PM.⁠

3. The Official Lightstick must be purchased with the ticket of the day regardless of the time period, and each ticket is limited to one Lightstick. The Lightstick does not contain batteries. AAA batteries that are required will be sold separately onsite (3 for NT$50) .⁠

4. The sale will end when all stocks are sold out on the day. Please queue up early to buy.⁠

5. Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠

9. Any sharp and dangerouse objects

● No food and beverage(except water). No smoking.

● No display or stand is allowed without prior approval from the organizer. The organizer has the right to remove such display or stand and is not responsible for the loss.

● Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.

● No professional cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

● The arriving performers and staff will be taking self-initiated preventions and following local directions accordingly.
