Daniel Caesar / Jhené Aiko Trip the Tour Show Cancellation Notice

The Daniel Caesar, Freudian, An Asian Tour show on March 5th (Mon) at Daikanyama UNIT and the Jhené Aiko Trip the Tour show on March 8th (Thu) has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. After much discussion and negotiation with respective parties, we regret to inform you that we will be cancelling both shows.

 

Regarding your ticket refund process, you will be able to receive a refund from your respective ticket agency from February 28th (Wed) - March 31st (Sat). You will need your ticket during the refund process. Because each ticketing agency has differing ways of refunding your money, please read below for specific instructions.

 

We sincerely apologize to all the fans who were excited for the shows, and all of the respective parties that were involved in the show.

  • Pia Purchasers

Refund PeriodFeb/28Wed10:00 Mar/31Sat

 

In-Store Pick-up(7-Eleven/Family Mart/Circle K/Pia Stores) Purchasers

Refunds can be done at the store in which you printed the ticket in. Please visit the store you printed the ticket in and bring your ticket during the refund period. (The store name is printed on the bottom portion of the ticket)

*For those that have not yet printed the ticket, please print the ticket first and proceed to the refund process. The in-store pick-up fee will be refunded after completion of the refund process.

*Refunds can only be done during Pia business hours. (Pia stores business hours vary by location)

*7-Eleven purchasers at any time after 10am the day after the ticket has been printed.

*Family-mart purchasers can refund at any time except every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30AM to 5:30AM.

*Circle K purchasers can refund between 5:30AM and 2AM.

 

For those of you who chose in-store pick up but are not able to physically visit the store, please send all necessary materials to the address below. For complete details please read below "Direct Delivery Ticket Purchasers".

 

Direct Delivery Ticket Purchasers

Tickets must be delivered to the below address by March 31st (Sat) through registered mail, specific record direct mail. We will refund through wire.

(*At the bottom left of your ticket it will say "チケットぴあ 〇〇予約センター" "チケットぴあ Webサイト]. You can check the website name of the services provided on your ticket.)

*For customers who purchased their tickets at the convenient store, you will be refunded at the Lawson or Ministop store that you made your purchase at.

 

Important:

  1. Please note that tickets with the stubs torn off will not be valid for refund.
  2. Handling and service fees that were paid upon purchase will also be refunded. Please be sure to have your Various Fees Ticket with you, as it will be required to complete the refund.

If the Various Fees Ticket has been lost, the applicable fees cannot be refunded.

We will complete the refund in exchange to your physical ticket. We will not be able to refund the ticket once the refund period expires.

  • iFLYER Purchasers

If you made your purchase using a credit card, or on PayPal, your credit card will be directly refunded. This will happen automatically. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION.

 

Refund Announcements

  1. Will we send an announcement to the email address you used when you registered your account.
  2. Another announcement will be sent to the same email address when the process has been completed.

 

Refunding Process

The credit card, or PayPal account, used at the time of purchase will be automatically refunded, minus any associated charges (see below for details).

 

Refundable Amount

There are typically some non-refundable processing fees used to complete your initial purchase. In some cases, there may be some additional charges required to refund your transaction. The formula usually works out as follows:

 

Total paid amount - payment processing fees - refund processing charges (if any) = amount to be refunded.

 

Refund Processing Period

Once the event organiser makes the official announcement it typically takes 30 to 60 days to complete the entire process.

 

If you do not receive an email within 30 days of the official cancelation announcement, please contact us using the support form. Also, please check that your registered email address is correct and that you can receive emails from @iflyer.tv addresses. You may need to check your email clients spam settings or phone service carriers spam settings to allow emails from @iflyer.tv.

 

Once you receive the 2nd, refund process completed email, please direct additional inquiries to your credit card company. Please be advised that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

 

In the rare case that your credit card can not be refunded, iFLYER staff will contact you directly using your registered email address.
